Ebooks & Audiobooks

FIBEPRIMEPLUS sells digital products on this website. Your eBook or audiobook will be delivered to you via a download link in an email immediately after your purchase. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder, as some providers place purchase emails there rather than in your inbox.

A few things to note

  1. Please check your email for a message from fibeprimeplus@gmail.com. You may receive one message for each eBook you purchased. If you don’t see a message within five minutes of your purchase, please be sure to look in your spam folder.

  2. Click the link contained in the email from BookFunnel. This will take you to the download page.

  3. On the download page, click the large button. Choose your favourite e-reader from the list, then follow the simple steps to download your book.

If you have any trouble at all, click the “NEED HELP” link on the download page. This is the fastest way to get help downloading your books, and the BookFunnel team are experts in this regard.

Paperback & Hardback Editions

FIBEPRIMEPLUS also sells paperback and hardback editions on this website. Because we use print-on-demand for sustainability, your book will be printed and shipped from an Amazon printing facility. You will receive an order-confirmation email immediately after placing a paper-book order.

A few things to note

  1. International delivery can take extra time. Please be aware of this when you select your delivery preference at checkout.

  2. We chose small print runs to reduce our carbon footprint by printing books only as required. If you need faster delivery, select the fastest option at checkout or visit another online bookseller that may offer a speedier timeline.
